Overview

When you first enter the shop, you are assigned a shopping cart that holds your purchases. Whenever you see an item that you want to purchase, you can add it to your cart by entering the number of items to add and clicking on the "Add" button for that item. The program will then show you the contents of your shopping cart, including the item(s) that you just added.

At any time, you can view or change the contents of your cart by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart by simply setting the quantity to zero and updating your cart.

When you have finished collecting items to purchase, you can click on the "Place Order" link at the top of the page. You will be given the chance to verify your purchase before proceeding to checkout. If the shop owner accepts orders by postal mail, you will be given a chance to print an invoice to mail in. Otherwise, your order will be sent to a secure webserver to collect your payment and shipping information.

Can I come back to my cart later?

If your browser accepts cookies, you will be able to come back to your cart and any items in your cart will still be waiting for you, up to when the cookie expires. Most common versions of the Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers will accept cookies unless you tell them not to. If your browser does not accept cookies, or if you return after the cookie expires, you will be assigned a new cart when you return.

Is my order secure?

Yes. The shopping program is designed to run on an insecure server while you gather your purchases. It will not collect any information about you while running in insecure mode. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to a secure server and then you will be asked to provide shipping and billing information. Your private data will be encrypted before sending it back to the shop owner for processing.

Payments may be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS directly through this site, or by PAYPAL or MONEY ORDER (sorry, we can no longer accept personal or business checks).

PayPal Special note to PayPal users: we are not yet able to integrate the paypal option into the payment page. To pay by paypal. simply proceed as if you are going to pay by mail, then cut and paste your final order form into the paypal message box. Our paypal email address is orders@bestfish.com.

Shipping to USA only. All items are typically in stock and orders processed the next business day (UPS orders sometimes take an additional day or two to leave the dock). Shipping & Handling: $7.99 for the first pound and $1.25 for each additional pound of ship weight for OUR CHOICE of UPS or USPS shipping. Add $4 for USPS PRIORITY MAIL service (typically 3-4 days). Priority mail is not available for some items, notably the gallon sizes of liquid products. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable. In case of shipments returned as undeliverable, only the item price will be credited.

Backorders we are rarely out of stock on any of the items listed online. However, should this occur, we will email you and ask if you'd prefer any out-of-stock items to be shipped later or cancelled. If we receive no response, we will assume you meant to cancel the remaining items.

CLEARANCE ITEMS are subject to prior sale, and cannot be backordered.

All Sales Final. Defective new merchandise may be exchanged for identical item if returned within 10 business days. Please contact us promptly with any problems. No other returns are accepted.
