General: The Talbot Damsel (Chrysiptera talboti) naturally occupy the Great Barrier Reefs. The Talbot Damsel will reach a length of three inches, are considered to be reef safe, is a relatively hardy starter fish, and will require a minimum tank size of 29 gallons. This Damsel is typically an active, and peaceful fish. However, some individuals may feel the need to acquire a certain territory. In aquariums containing less than 29 gallons, Talbot Damsel are best kept as an individual, or schools containing several others. In aquariums containing more than 55 gallons, it is typically safe to keep Talbot Damsel in fewer numbers.
Aquarium Diet (Omnivore): Naturally, Talbot Damsel (Chrysiptera talboti) primarily consume benthal (bottom dwelling) invertebrates such as zooplankton, mysis shrimp, and various algal species.
